Boston PhotoDiary

A few “polaroids” from our weekend trip to Boston a few months ago.  It was chilly but we were well prepared for walking the city.  Which is something that is totally doable in Boston.  I stuck to flats mainly because of the cobblestones (even for our evening outings).  Boston has got a great vibe and even stronger spirit (as seen through the events of the Boston Marathon).

Fully of English culture and European heritage it was a great weekend get away.  It also didn’t hurt that we were able to stop off at a Premium outlet just out side of Boston.  Definitely worth another visit during the warmer months!

And with words unspoken a silent devotion

A few months a go we had the awesome opportunity to be on a cruise through the Western Caribbean.  Even though there is currently a lot of crazy cruise mishaps going on right now, I definitely think a cruise vacation is a must do on any travellers bucket list (at least once).  There are a ton of options (Caribbean, Alaskan, European etc) so there is something for everyone.

India …through my eyes

“India is the cradle of the human race, the birthplace of human speech, the mother of history, the grandmother of legend, and the great grand mother of tradition. Our most valuable and most astrictive materials in the history of man are treasured up in India only!”  Mark Twain

In saying that, the food is amazing, the history is rich, the culture is a little blurred these days but the fashion is still intense.

We had the amazing chance to expore North India (Delhi, Gurgaon, Ajmer, Pushkar, Jaipur, Jalandarh, Amrisar, Chandigarh, Nalagarh & Agra) to visit some amazing sights and people (our family :P)

Bahama Mama

To celebrate our 2 years of matrimony – the Hubz and I decided to take a quick trip down to The Bahamas.  Life in Paradise, with each other, and a gazillian cosmos and vodka tonics went by too quickly.  But glad we were able to get away.

Before jetting out of town, we finally had a chance to have the fancy fish and chips at the Ritz-Carlton.  We ordered the entree size which would’ve been enough for the both of us if we ordered it alone.  Beer battered lobster…Definitely going back for more.
